No guarantee for the idea of climate justice

"There is no guarantee that the courts are going to open up to the idea of climate justice," says Mark Taylor from the SMART project.

"It's early days in the climate cases, and there are some promising signs, but the human rights cases, which have been around for much longer, have shown only mixed results," says Taylor, who is a researcher at the University of Oslo.
