Comenius University in Bratislava

Comenius University is the oldest and largest university in Slovakia, offering a diverse range of education. Comenius University is involved in a number of research projects. The Faculty of Law is involved through its members in the following activities, research and organisations relevant to the call: European Model Company Act (EMCA), European Contract Code, European Public Law Organisation (Athens) and a new educational project Law of European Integration and Globalization. Some of the research activities of the faculty members are oriented on sustainability issues in financial markets, fiscal policies, as well as in company law. The Faculty is planning research projects in the areas of green procurement, sustainable investments, social entrepreneurship, and to become a member of the Sustainable Market Actors Networks.
